Because video content is delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds for:
Completed purchases Content that has been streamed or downloaded Accidental purchases Dissatisfaction with video themes, performers, or storyline Device or compatibility issues caused by the user’s equipment By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the digital content is made available.
2. Exceptions (Limited)
We may issue refunds only in the following rare cases:
2.1 Duplicate Purchases

4. Chargebacks
