Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Because video content is delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds for:
 
Completed purchases
Content that has been streamed or downloaded
Accidental purchases
Dissatisfaction with video themes, performers, or storyline
Device or compatibility issues caused by the user’s equipment
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the digital content is made available. 

2. Exceptions (Limited) We may issue refunds only in the following rare cases: 

2.1 Duplicate Purchases If you unintentionally purchase the same video more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction. 

2.2 Technical Delivery Issues If: The file does not download properly,
The content delivered is corrupted,
Or the purchase is not accessible due to a system error on our end,
we will either provide a working replacement link or issue a refund.

2.3 Incorrect Content Delivered If you receive the wrong video, we will correct the error or issue a refund. Exceptions are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed. 

3. No Refunds for Technical Issues Beyond Our Control Refunds will not be issued for: Slow internet connection
Incompatible devices, browsers, or software
User error during download or playback
Local storage limitations
We provide minimum system requirements on our site; it is the user’s responsibility to ensure compatibility. 

4. Chargebacks Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may: Suspend or terminate your account
Block future purchases
Dispute the chargeback with your financial institution
